Damages & Wrong Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong one was sent, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the product you want.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank or credit card company may also take time to process and post the refund.
